At ShapeAastra, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of shapewear and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience and will always work with you if there is an issue with your order.


No Returns Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, all shapewear items are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for all customers.


Refunds & Replacements

While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was lost in transit

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Size & Fit Support

We understand that fit is important. To help you choose the right size:

  • Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering

  • If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort

If you have questions before purchasing, our support team is always happy to assist.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
